President and co-founder of Citizen Capital in 2008, Laurence leads the Fund's investment strategy in terms of social impact.

Laurence is in charge of the company's impact investing strategy, as well as the fund's sourcing and communication. In particular, it supports investments in the implementation of their social impact strategy. She intervened on all investments and is currently monitoring 2 participations.

Before founding Citizen Capital with Pierre-Olivier in 2007, Laurence was an associate researcher at the Institut Montaigne (2002-2005). Co-author of the report The Forgotten of Equal Opportunities for the Institut Montaigne, she co-wrote and then coordinated the launch of the Company's Diversity Charter in 2004 alongside Claude Bébéar.

Laurence sits on the board of Camif Matelsom.  Laurence is also a member of the boards of directors of the Ouest-France group, of the Nexity Foundation and of the Article 1 association.
