Co-founder of Impact Hub Prague, Brno and Ostrava. Petr gained 9 years of experience in consulting with Deloitte. Petr has significant long-term mentoring / support experience with social enterprises as the Leader of 9 social enterprise acceleration programs and Member of the Board of Trustees at NGOs and foundations. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and has previous interim CFO experience.

I have three distinct professional roles that I try to focus and align around my vision of a society where everyone can co-create their lives and where responsibility and freedom are part of our daily reality:

A. Entrepreneur: I co-founded Impact Hub in Prague, Brno and Ostrava where we prototype the future of business. I co-founded the first Impact Investment Fund in the Czech Republic, too.

B. Volunteer: I also volunteered at Amnesty International Czech Republic for 10 years where I served as the Treasurer of the Board. I volunteered in Namibia with People in Need, too. For four years, I served at the Vodafone Foundation Czech Republic and since March 2017 I have also been serving at the Česká spořitelna Foundation.

C. Consultant: I have 10+ years of consulting experience with focus on Performance Management, Strategy Execution, Balanced Scorecard, Value Creation, Processes, Human Capital and Change Management though I have completed a number of different projects such as Fleet management, Organization Design or Business Case modelling.

I also have 4-month experience as an interim CFO of a large Czech manufacturing company. As I came to Deloitte Consulting from the audit function I have some limited auditing, controls and accounting experience. For well over a year, I was part of the core team launching Social Banking of Česká spořitelna in the Czech Republic.
